From time to time I like to throw together some quick hits and stats that I find interesting. Thought I might throw that together tonight, so here we go.
The racing was good today, but we had the appearance that there may have been tire problems. A number of cars had tire issues throughout the race. It was apparent during the last run of the race that tires blew left and right. Jimmie Johnson was leading the race and lost a tire.
This week we get begin in indulging in another great sporting spectacular, the Winter Olympics. I guess I am junky for the Olympics because I enjoy the competitions in all forms. I will admit that ever four years I am intrigued to watch Curling. I like the game because it is probably the only winter game left that I could ever remotely possibly qualify to be an Olympic athlete. I also like the fact that the game has a lot of strategy.
It has been a long time since I have written anything for the website. There have been a lot of ups and downs that I have encountered since about the mid season of last year’s racing season. I have come to the conclusion that it is time for me to go ahead and get back in front of the computer and start writing some articles as we begin getting closer to racing season.
