Morning, Day One

Today I wake up to the sound of Hangin Tough by New Kids on the Block at 5:00 a.m. I chose to wake up at 5 because that is what time I will be rounding up everyone that is still drunk from the night before on Race Day. I rose out of bed and put on my pink fluffy bunny slippers, which just happen to match the My Little Pony onezie. I guess that is why Lee gave me the nickname, “Fluffy Bunny Feet.” Since my roommate works third shift, I slipped into the living room for a light morning workout. I turned the TV on and pop in my Richard Simmons workout video. After working up a mild sweat, I decided to lighten the mood. I put on my Indian costume and cranked up a little “Macho Man” and “YMCA” impersonating America’s most loved disco kings.

It is about 5:40 and I am in a pretty good mood at this point, so I take a shower and sing some kind of medley including: “Covergirl”, “The Right Stuff”, “I Think We’re Alone Now” and “My Prerogative.” Don’t tell Lee, but today I sang “God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You” by N’SYNC. Hey no one was around, so why not! After my shower I brushed my teeth with my American Idol toothbrush. At that point, I realized I have about 2 hours until work so I watched Hannah Montana re-runs. Shoot, it is getting to be time for me to head to my job. I can’t wait to get to work because I know how wonderful all of my customer’s are. It may be the perfect job for me and I may never leave it. Anyway, I have to go…

You are leaving out the most important step, which I guess you are least likely to admit to. All I am going to say is 90210
